One of our staff Jason has been getting busy around the Spit Bridge reeling in some pretty decent fish over the last few weeks. And what's impressive is he's been doing this from is Stand-Up Paddle board. Could this be a new and innovative way to go fishing? We think so and everyone seems to be catching on quick... It's this simple ... grab a rod, bucket, paddle and milk crate to sit on and you're there!
When there's no waves and we've close the doors for the day, often we will bolt down to the Spit and try land some dinner before dark. Just another good reason to own a SUP and one of the more exciting ways to go fishing these days if you ask us! Ps. Just don't gut or clean any fish on the deck of your SUP ... you don't want to attract any Bull Sharks!
