What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
We also accept Afterpay and Zip Pay in store.
For direct deposits or shipments please contact us.
Can my item be shipped?
Yes.
We do not currently have an online store. However, call us or send us an email about your product enquiry and we will discuss shipping prices and options.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we do not ship outside of Australia.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes, we do.
These are issued electronically via our email and each contains a unique reference number OR can be purchased and issued in our Surfection Mosman store.
Our gift vouchers are ideal if you’re not sure what to get that special person in your life.
All gift voucher amounts accepted.
Can I return or exchange an item?
To arrange an exchange please send us an email as soon as possible to avoid disappointment on sizing / styles not being available.
If for any reason, you change your mind and no longer want your item(s), please return it to us in-store within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit equal to the value paid for the item(s). Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
It is important that the item(s) and any packaging, tags and receipts which the goods came with/in are in original condition.
Any returns that do not arrive in its original condition may not be accepted (unless faulty). Please ensure all returned clothing items are free from marks, stains and rips as they may not be accepted for return if received damaged (unless faulty).
Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges to clearly state that the item(s) were purchased from Surfection Mosman.
Where can I park?
We have a customer carpark accessible via Lang Street, with plenty of street parking available too.
